Feel Good Every Day – Grayling Fitness Center

At the heart of your life is how you feel day-to-day. Take care of your body and you will be rewarded with less illness and a good mental attitude. And guess what? You will get better results with your personal life goals. Years ago, at a workshop Richard Branson (Founder Virgin Air) was asked “What is the number one tip you can give people for your success?” His answer was “working out every day.”

At Grayling Fitness Center we recognize the importance of how your lifestyle can work in harmony with your fitness goals. We will guide you step-by-step through a process that will help you to reach your goals while staying inspired and satisfied. You can set up your evaluation session here.

In the mean time here are three things you can start today to get the ball rolling.

1. Drink water: Wake up and drink at least 1/2 liter of water immediately. To get the body into optimal functioning we need water. Most people are dehydrated after a nights sleep.

2. Get your heart going: Do something to get your heart pumping stronger than normal. For example, take a faster than normal pace walk around the block. This will get your heart beat up and your blood circulating.

3. Healthy Organic Food: Start your day with healthy organic food for your first meal…

Together, we can help you reach your goals. I’ll leave you with some final tips I’ve learned over the past 20 years of personally training people: Visualize your success every chance you get, stay away from nay-sayers, write your goals down and develop a “non-negotiable” attitude for things that matter most to you.

Please comment or ask your questions below and I look forward to seeing you soon.
